Message: Really enjoyed last night's game. It was great to see a "proper" game of water polo now that we have an all-deep pool. The usual full complement of table officials, working well with the new timing equipment, and 2 referees helped to make the game very watchable. The game was a ding-dong affair with both teams sticking to their game plans. Both sides had goalkeepers performing heroics and it wasn't until the last period that the visitors edge in fitness allowed them to use the counter-attack to full effect. The Dunfermline team performed very well overall and made a host of scoring chances. Once the team has a few more training and match outings together and steps up swimming fitness it should do well. Congratulations to Menzieshill Whitehall on a well-fought victory. Replies to this post
