i am assuming that the meal would have an age limit on it? if this would be the case then would a meal be wise as the majority of members are juniors and i doubt many parents would attend as its their children who are playing polo.

how about if we went for a more informal "celebration" with a disco, buffet and general get together. that way everyone could attend and the cost wouldnt be so steep.
