It would appear that the new Domestic Coordinator was asked to get finals dates and not given a clear remit on what to do. therefore he arranged thsi with the clubs direct. He wasn't advised that he should certain people to arraneg efs and publicity etc. Indeed I found out late on Friday when he phoned me to say he was needing refs. anyway after a discussion he is clear of the remit and intends raising things on Thursdays meeting re future games. No blame on him, I'm sure now he knows whats goign on he will be better placed for puture events,
